In the near future, there is an energy crisis on Earth. The Cloverfield Station with a multinational crew will test the Shepard particle accelerator expecting to generate energy for all countries solving the energy problem. However, the experiment goes wrong, damages the station and opens a portal to another dimension with a parallel Earth. They also find a woman entwined with wires behind a bulkhead of the station and they learn she worked in an identical Cloverfield Station in another dimension. Now the scientists need to find a way to return to their own dimension.

Wait, haven’t you probably seen this movie somewhere? Yes, if you have Netflix… but this is the release on bluray and I think every movie collectors is going to be happy that Netflix movies are being released! And not everyone has Netflix anyway so, yeah… every movie needs a release in my opinion, and also because we get some extra bonus material that Netflix doesn’t provide.
Now that that’s out of the way let me give my quick review.

The Cloverfield Paradox is the third installment in the “Cloverfield” franchise and without all of them really being direct sequels or prequels to each other they are all very connected, and thats what I love the most about these movies… they are so mysterious and have a lot of secrets messages in them, so viewers can try to find the connection between them.
The Cloverfield Paradox did not held back on its mystery at all…. at first it seemed very confusing, but as the movie develops the pieces starts falling together, I wish though it would have had more secrets and connections in it in I the first 2 parts of the movie.
The cast is filled with great actors and they all do a really good job giving us great performances.
Overall, I was satisfied at the end. A good chapter in the franchise but that could have had more “cloverfield” information in it, it feels like the best info was saved until the very last part.
Now, I cant wait to the next chapter!

RATING: 6,5/10

About Philippe Antonio

My name is Philippe Antonio and I love movies! Have a movie collection that I wouldn't even trade for a new Ferrari (the gasoline is to expensive) ... I love to draw and have my art on another website Blackbrush.se. Besides that, I also love Gadgets and Zlatan ... well, football generally. I Founded this website for my comic figure at first but has lately just focused on movie/game news, reviews and that stuff. So hope you liked it!
